Sales Representative
The Role:
Sales Representative This is an entry-level sales position designed to train and develop a successful sales representative for our company. The Junior Sales Representative will learn the fundamentals of selling our comprehensive range of services, including plumbing, water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration, and construction services. This role will involve shadowing senior sales representatives, participating in sales meetings, learning ourCRM system, and gradually taking on increasing sales responsibilities. Responsibilities: -Training and Development: Actively participate in training programs to learn about our services, sales techniques, and company procedures. This includes shadowing senior sales representatives on client visits, learning about industry regulations and best practices, and becoming proficient in our CRM software. -Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and cold calling (as training progresses). -Client Communication: Learn to effectively communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our services in a compelling manner. This will initially involve observing senior sales representatives and gradually taking on more client interaction. -Proposal Development: Assist in preparing and presenting sales proposals, ensuring accuracy and completeness. This includes learning about pricing strategies and contract negotiation. -Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in our CRM system. -Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends. -Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales managers, technicians, and customer service representatives, to ensure seamless service delivery. -Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing reports and scheduling appointments. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of plumbing, construction and/or restoration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
