HVAC Service Sales Representative
The Role:
*ModernControls* is a leading provider of HVAC services for commercial facilities across Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. With over 200 employees, our team of experts install and maintain Building Automation and HVAC systems designed to help facility managers control building environments and operating costs. We are actively seeking a *HVAC Service Sales Account Representative* to join our growing company. As a HVAC Service Sales Representative , you will help us strengthen our existing customer relationships and develop new commercial/industrial customers in the Delaware and Southern New Jersey Markets. This role will be mostly focused on selling to owner-direct customer accounts for service work, replacement and installation projects and renewing preventative maintenance contracts. This individual will be tasked to identify and sell HVAC solutions that can help the client achieve their environmental, operational, and financial goals. *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES* * Work effectively in a team selling environment. Culture is everything! * Prospect and maintain an ongoing professional relationship with ModernControls' new and existing customer base * Conduct price estimates and quotations for projects and preventative maintenance contracts (with help from your team) * Be the customer liaison to deliver a single point of contact selling experience * Coordinate and attend site reviews and walkthroughs as required * Perform take-off and estimate costs of prospective commercial HVAC sales opportunities * Participate in opportunities to advance the company's interests and personal interest including training, business development meetings, and networking associations. * Achieve sales and gross margin goals while providing customers with superior value and service *QUALIFICATIONS* To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
