We are looking for a motivated OUTSIDE SALES TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE to join our team! As an OUTSIDE SALES TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships within your assigned territory. *WHAT YOU'LL DO:* · Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business. · Report and analysis in the form of tracking sales performance, generating sales reports and identifying areas for improvement. · Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and sales demonstrations. · Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals effectively. · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions. · Gather feedback and market insights to improve offerings and meet customer demands. · Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and customers in a CRM system. · Travel within the territory to meet with clients, attend networking events, and generate leads. · Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. · Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and product development) to ensure seamless customer experience. · Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. *WHAT YOU'LL NEED:* · Proven experience in sales, ideally within the truck equipment manufacturing or automotive sectors, with a strong understanding of truck body specifications, customization, and equipment. · Familiarity with sales processes in the truck or vehicle industry, including understanding of the customer buying cycle and decision-making process. · Experience working with fleet managers, truck dealers, or contractors is a plus. · Ability to explain complex technical features to non-technical clients, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. · Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, to understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions. · In depth understanding of truck body customization options, load capacities and industry regulations. · Hands-on experience with truck bodies, truck equipment or fleet solutions will be a strong asset. · Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges with innovative solutions. · Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM system. · Solid core values and high level of integrity. *WHAT YOU'LL GET* · Base salary plus uncapped commission opportunities plus performance-based bonuses & incentives. · Expense reimbursement for travel and client meetings. · Ongoing training & professional development programs. · Flexibility to determine your own schedule and travel plans. · Monthly health insurance reimbursement. · Retirement plan with up to 3% match, managed by UBS. · Paid time off for vacation, personal, and sick days.
