Sales Representative
The Role:
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the designated market - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers - Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Achieve sales targets and quotas on a regular basis - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts Requirements: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or technical sales - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients - Fluent in Spanish is a plus - Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results - Excellent negotiation and closing skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team This position offers a competitive salary and commission structure, along with the opportunity for career growth and advancement.
