Wholesale Account Supervisor - On Premise Total Wine Spirits Beer & More Overland Park, KS $19 to $26.60 per hour About the On Premise Wholesale Account Supervisor role: The Wholesale Account Supervisor will drive sales by cultivating relationships with new on-premise accounts to secure new business and boost sales from existing clients. This role includes working with customers to identify attractive product opportunities and prospecting new customers through in-person visits and cold calling to build relationships. The Supervisor will capture sales and smoothly transfer the details to the Sales Manager for finalization and execution. Additionally, this role will assist with the delivery of weekly orders to customers, and, adapt to store sales floor tasks as needed, including stocking and fulfilling online orders. You will: Drive sales and margin by providing customer service, greeting, and establishing a relationship with customers when contacting them and/or delivering our products in order to meet additional sales goals. Become familiar with our product portfolio and engage with customers to taste and advise them on relevant products. Actively identify opportunities to capture additional and new wholesale sales. Utilize multiple channels of communication including phone, text, email, and in person visits to convey opportunities and further understand customer needs. Prep wholesale customer orders by completing freight flow process including delivering inventory to locations and resolving discrepancies as needed. Obeys all safety & traffic laws and maintains cleanliness standards in company vehicle. Verify ID at time of delivery and refuse delivery to minors and intoxicated customers. Assists with stocking store shelves, ensuring store signage is correct, building displays and end caps, and processing customer internet orders. Utilize Inventory Management and Sales systems as assigned to manage orders, product and account lists. Complete cross functional responsibilities as assigned. Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc. What we're looking for: 21 years of age or older Ability to work a full-time schedule as business requires 1-4 wholesale account representative, on-premise/restaurant sales, delivery, retail sales associate, Merchandiser, or inventory specialist experience to include greeting customers and managing inventory. 1-4 years identifying sales opportunities and driving incremental sales through building customer base and maintaining relationships. KSAs Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals with a results driven mentality. Desire to develop knowledge of products to effectively identify and promote relevant opportunities, and sell to customers. Highly charismatic with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close sales. Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude. Comfortable using all communication channels to reach out to the right customers at the right time.
