AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representative

AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representatives assist in the marketing and sales of current products and services by providing product information, solutions, and top-of-the-line customer service. We equip our AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representatives with the details necessary to provide compelling service through entry-level training. Building your understanding of products, consumer needs, sales, communication, and the industry will assist your ability to succeed in the AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representative position. In addition to building customer service and sales knowledge, we are looking for an AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representative who will be enthusiastic about working with others, creating solutions, developing connections, and continuously learning. *AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representative Responsibilities:* * Execute the sales and customer service process through communication with consumers in the local region * Provide relevant solutions to customers by discussing client product and service information with them and identifying their areas of need * Ensure proper compliance with service guidelines by utilizing the client-provided handheld device before, during, and after the sales process to check customer accounts * Train with members of the management team and other AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representatives by attending meetings about client operations, consumer experience, sales metrics, business practices, and market trends * Become familiar with competing home improvement firms to answer potential customer questions and negotiate better sales solutions *AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representative Qualifications:* * A high school diploma or equivalency is required * Associate's or two-year program degree is preferred * 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, sales, business, or marketing is encouraged * Enthusiasm for learning new information and skills * Accurate implementation of protocol and strategy, given the proper training and instruction * Ability to work both individually and collaboratively toward goals in market visibility, sales, customer service, and more Job Type: Full-time Pay: $850.00 - $1,300.00 per week Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
