The Role:

Help individuals advance their careers. CBT Campus has been a leading provider of online and instructor-led career development and certification training since 1991. We are looking for select candidates to sell our top rated certification courses to individuals and businesses. This is a high call volume, high energy position in a fast paced call room environment. This is not a telemarketing position. Some daily activities in this position include: · Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty · Follow up on warm leads to further the sales process · Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer · Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership · Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates *Experience in performance based phone sales is a must* . This position calls for an individual who is enthusiastic, a self starter and a closer!
