The Role:

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive market and demonstrate proficiency in sales support and inventory management. *Duties* * Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls to generate leads and set appointments. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting customers with their needs. * Support the sales team by managing inventory control and ensuring accurate tracking of products. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance and market reach. * Utilize math skills to analyze sales data and assist in forecasting inventory requirements. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, services, and market trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers. * Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up. *Skills* * Proficiency in inventory management and control processes. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. * Experience in sales support roles, particularly within the automotive industry, is highly desirable. * Strong outbound sales skills with a focus on building relationships and closing deals. * Solid mathematical skills for analyzing data related to sales performance and inventory needs. * Knowledge of sales management principles to contribute effectively to team goals. * Familiarity with market trends related to automotive sales, enabling informed discussions with clients.
