Outside Sales Representative

The Role:

*Job Title:* Outside Sales Representative – San Jose - Blossom Hill Rd, CA location will be your Homebase. * Seeking Sales Representative with 1+ Years Outside or Territory experience preferred, or 3+ years Sales experience preferred. *Duties & Responsibilities:* * Actively engage with customers, providing friendly, professional assistance and building lasting relationships. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Support General Managers at multiple locations, aiding in daily operations and providing on-site assistance as needed. * Become proficient in the company's Point of Sale (POS) system and other proprietary software. * Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and goals, demonstrating a results-driven approach. * Stay informed on product offerings, seasonal promotions, and industry trends. * Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall sales objectives and maintain a cohesive approach. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in Outside Sales or Direct Sales, preferably in a B2B environment preferred, but we are willing to train for this position based on the candidates experience and knowledge in previous sales roles. * Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and business development. * Familiarity with ZOHO or similar CRM software is a plus +. * Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and trust with customers. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with ease. * Skilled in negotiation, with the confidence to close sales deals effectively. * Committed to providing top-notch customer service and resolving any customer concerns.
