New Business Development Specialist- Inside Sales
The Role:
*Job Summary* As an Sales Representative, you'll enter into American Capital Financial Services well-defined career growth program. You'll start under the training/guidance of a team of well-established sales professionals. After learning the marketplace, you will branch off on your own and become your own Independent Inside/Outside Sales Representative. You'll call on Businesses, Equipment Re-sellers and Bankers throughout the United States with the goal of identifying new Equipment Leasing and Financing opportunities. Most of our sales representatives earn $100,000+ after 3 years. *Responsibilities and Duties* * Research prospects and identify the key people to call * Originate new equipment leasing/financing opportunities through daily outbound phone calls; (50-60 calls per day) * Deliver the value prop by crafting an effective pitch * Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome customer objections; * Create partnerships with vendors and influence key decision makers *Qualifications and Skills* *Minimum one (1) year of recent successful inside sales experience; * Employment stability; * * Business and/or four (4) year college degree is required * Proficient with computers and technology * Excellent oral and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $47,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift Education: * Associate (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Lisle, IL 60532: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
