The Role:

*BSG Universal is Hiring a Sales Representative!* *Position: Sales Representative* *Location:* Northern California, Central Valley California, Southern California, Arizona, Nevada *Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives through weekly educational Zoom meetings. (Every Thursday at 1pm) * Build and maintain relationships with farmers, growers, and agricultural professionals within the assigned territory. * Conduct product demonstrations and field trials to showcase the effectiveness of BSG Universal's solutions. * Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote BSG Universal's products and services. * Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. * Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing strategies and campaigns. *Qualifications:* * Proven track record in agricultural sales or related field. * Deep understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and soil health. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory. * Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field preferred. *About BSG Universal:* BSG Universal, a leading provider of agricultural solutions, is dedicated to enhancing crop yield, soil health, and sustainability for farmers globally.
