Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Optoma Technology, Inc. is a subsidiary of Coretronic Corporation. www.optomausa.com Job Title: Inside Sales Support Representative - Remote We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Support Representative to assist with Optoma's golf simulator projector business. This fully remote role is dedicated to supporting sales managers, channel partners, and distributors by managing customer inquiries, processing quotes, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the ability to provide excellent customer service. An enthusiasm for golf and golf simulators is a plus, as well as previous experience with projectors or display technology. Occasional travel will be required for semi-annual team meetings and industry tradeshows. Responsibilities: Assist sales managers and partners by handling product inquiries, quotes, and order processing. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions regarding golf simulator projectors. Support channel partners and distributors with product information and sales documentation. Maintain organized records of sales activities, pricing requests, and customer communications in CRM systems. Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment. Prepare sales reports and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups as needed. Assist in the development and distribution of sales materials, training resources, and marketing content. Ensure seamless communication between customers, sales teams, and support departments. Attend semi-annual team meetings and participate in industry tradeshows as needed. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is preferred, or 2-4 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, ideally in AV technology or a related field. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. Willingness to travel occasionally for company meetings and industry events. Interest in golf and familiarity with golf simulators is beneficial. Experience working with projectors or display systems is advantageous. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Fully remote position requiring reliable internet and a dedicated workspace. Regularly required to communicate effectively via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs.) may be necessary during tradeshows or meetings.
