Join our team and help us deliver excellence in every ingredient we supply! *Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support/Customer Service Representative to join our team, based in Ontario, CA. This role will provide critical support to our West Coast sales team and customers, ensuring seamless communication, order processing, and exceptional service for clients in the dietary supplement, food, and beverage industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales support, a strong understanding of raw ingredients, and a passion for helping customers succeed. If you excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Serve as the primary point of contact for West Coast customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues. * Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and streamline sales support workflows. * Support the West Coast sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. * Collaborate with our quality assurance and procurement teams to verify product specifications, availability, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., FDA, GMP). * Maintain accurate customer records and order details using ERP systems. * Assist in resolving customer concerns, including order discrepancies, shipping delays, or product questions, with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction levels. *Qualifications* * Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role, preferably in the dietary supplement, food, beverage, or nutraceutical industries. * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, nutrition, or a related field is preferred but not required. * Familiarity with raw ingredients and their applications in supplements, functional foods, or beverages is highly desirable. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP) and quality standards is a plus. *Why Join H&M USA, Inc.?* Be part of a growing company with a reputation for excellence and innovation in the raw ingredient supply chain.
