Inside Sales Representative

As a result we have created one of Shakopee's best places to work. Our sales position includes 40/hr work week with weekend and evening shifts. Our commissioned sales team has an opportunity to earn $40,000 - $60,000 per year with no limit on earning potential. Our team is dedicated, invested, and engaged in the customer experience, as well as the success of our business. *Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities* : * Greeting our customers in an inviting and timely manner * Identify the needs of the customer and use product knowledge to assist them in making informed appliance purchasing decisions * Accurately process sales orders and track them through the delivery/installation or pickup process * Help to grow our business culture through our system of values and mission statement. * Work with the entire sales and service team to provide a purchasing experience that delights the customer * Merchandise a specified area of the showroom (cleaning, tagging, etc.) * Process retail sales, communicate through the use of phone and e-mail, resolving customers' issues, data entry, and basic computer work *Inside Sales Competencies* : * Detail-oriented * Excellent communication skills * Strong computer skills * Customer-focused and team-oriented *Experience:* * 1 year minimum preferred, but not required for the right candidate Additional Compensation: * Hourly + Commission Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply Benefits: * Health insurance Paid Training: * Yes Management: * Store Manager Schedule: * Weekends required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Rotating weekends Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (Required) * Inside Sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
