Sales Representative
The Role:
*POSITION SUMMARY* The Market Development Associate will be responsible for following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers. Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase participation with projects, calling cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments with senior sales staff. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics and demonstrate superb interpersonal skills. *ABOUT OUR COMPANY* Our mission is to create five star experiences for our clients by painting beautiful finishes and delivering world class customer service. This company operates locally in Pittsburgh and is growing by the day. *SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE* * Building rapport and developing long-term client relationships through active listening, asking quality questions, and addressing client needs attentively. * Taking a proactive approach to studying the business model, calls, concepts, and strategies. * Ensuring that clients feel confident leaving a discussion with you after talking about a product or service because of your ability to educate them on the value *OBJECTIVES* * Make 200 outbound calls daily to generate new leads, ensuring 2.5 hours of talk time per day to maintain high engagement and lead generation volume. * Schedule appointments weekly, targeting meetings with clients and closers. * Assist in closing entry-level painting deals, contributing to first time client sales. * Manage a pipeline of prospects using the company CRM (High Level), and conduct daily reviews of leads and lead sources to maintain accuracy and pipeline health. * Provide accurate information regarding our business model and our Executive Leadership. * Ask qualifying questions to assess the client's project goals, their experience with hiring contractors, identifying their needs and buying behaviors, and other key project metrics. * Document all client conversations in High Level in a clear and concise manner, ensuring information is accessible to fellow Sales Associates. * Ensure compliance with High Level Sales Policy and maintain up-to-date records of all client interactions. * Participate in weekly role-play opportunities to continually improve skills and confidence in the sales process. * Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company to all homeowners and businesses and ensure alignment with their project goals. *COMPETENCIES* * Strong ability to talk through our prep & paint process and our service packages to homeowners and businesses * Demonstrates a great attitude, takes massive action, and is organized and disciplined in following the sales process. * Ability to leverage High Level CRM and be accurate in taking notes on clients * Can memorize the Residential and Commercial Painting sales script without deviating in order to master the conversations * Ability to explain our product Ecosystem (Residential Repaint, Commercial Repaint, HOA Maintenance, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Cabinet Painting, Carpentry, Accent Walls, Drywall, Plaster, Wallpaper, Interior Design, etc) to a client in a clear manner * Ability to meet sales targets for specific offers or deals that take priority during the sales cycle (i.e. Black Friday Deals, Repeat Client Deals, Whole House Deals) * Comfortable with consistent follow up and ability to get creative when reaching out to clients (i.e. video messages, gifts...etc) * Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes * Thorough understanding of Cardone University and master our Products & Services. *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE* * GED or high school diploma preferred * At least 1-2 years' work experience in a sales specific role with a training, organizational development or content development focus *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. *COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY* * As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of multigenerational and multicultural workforce, we recognize that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
