Job Summary The Business Development Representative will be expected to execute weekly and monthly partner deal qualification quotas and defined team sales strategies. Requirements: Responsible for qualifying integrated software partner, independent agent, and/or merchant prospects for PAYARC sales channels Responsible for engaging referrals from integrated software partner merchants and selling those referral to Payarc payment processing services. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly qualification targets set forth by the Business Development Manager via high volume cold calls to C-Suite team (CEO, CFO, CIO), and some pre-tiered, outbound call initiatives with the purpose of qualifying potential software partnership integrations for the channel Leverage Hubspot CRM for detailed deal tracking and reporting and will be responsible for advancing individual deal pipeline per defined lead qualification life cycle set forth by the Business Development Manager. This position is remote but minimal travel to corporate office and industry events may be required Identify potential prospects Other duties as assigned. Skills/Competencies 1-3 Years Experience in Payment Processing, Merchant Services, or Financial Technology related fields. Effective communication, interpersonal and client-facing sales skills Able to thrive in an expanding, high volume cold call sales environment Focused, goal-oriented and a team leader who is excited to grow within ISV channel Qualifications / Experience Required 1-year outbound sales experience Preferred: 1 year CRM experience Education Requirements High school diploma or GED
