Finance experience is not required, but the ability and willingness to learn finance will be a requirement. Bilingual Spanish speaking The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* - Greet customers and assist them in choosing the right vehicle for their needs. - Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. - Develop and maintain customer relationships to build a loyal client base. - Conduct in-depth financial consultations to outline financing and leasing terms. - Negotiate sales and financing to ensure customer satisfaction while maximizing dealership profitability. - Stay informed about industry trends, vehicle inventory, and competitors. - Collaborate with the dealership team to meet sales targets and improve operational efficiency. \*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Previous experience as a salesperson in the automotive industry is required. - Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. - Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, vehicle financing, and leasing. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and trust with customers. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or sales is a plus. \*\*What We Offer:\*\* - Competitive weekly draw with an aggressive commission-based plan. - Paid time off and holiday pay. - Ongoing training and professional development. - A supportive team environment that values your contributions. \*\*How to Apply:\*\* If you are ready to take your automotive sales career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
