Our 2 year in-house Professional Development Program provides paid training to gain the knowledge needed to become a Level 3 Customer Service Rep. Level 3 CSR's have an annual average salary of $55,000+. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Communicate with Residential and Commercial Clients to eliminate or prevent insects and rodents such as Asian Beetles, Box Elder bugs, Wasps, Spiders, Ants and Mice. * Properly diagnose customer pest concerns and explain our services offered. * Efficiently schedule service calls onto technician schedules. * Maintain our High reputation built in the Madison area over the last 44 years.
