Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. Train and mentor customer service representatives. QUALIFICATIONS: A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is even more important. 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
