The Role:

*Greenway Kia of Franklin* IS HIRING!! We are in need of an experienced Business Development Rep! Are you an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for selling and strong skills with today's technologies? Then we want you to be a part of our team! The BDR must be a technically savvy individual who understands today's technologies and who can communicate in a clear and effective way with customers. The representatives will be using internet/email, mobile/Smart phones, tablets, etc. in order to schedule appointments and demonstrate product features while maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers to encourage networking and repeat business. The ideal candidate has previous Business Development experience (in any industry), excellent customer service skills, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, and great communication skills. Candidates must have a strong understanding of today's technologies and a strong sales aptitude. We are looking for candidates who have phone skills to schedule appointments!
