The Role:

You will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and collaborating with our team to cultivate new commercial plumbing opportunities. What You'll Do: Prospect by cold-calling, networking, dropping in, and attending industry events Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in commercial enterprises. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Prepares and conducts presentations and proposals to new and existing customers Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities Remain current with changes in local codes and consumer preferences Become an expert on our cutting-edge plumbing solutions, effectively communicating their value to potential clients. Practices honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations. What Makes You Great? 1+ years of a successful track record of finding and qualifying new business primarily through cold calls and self-generated leads. You must have a track record of being organized, efficient, and able to manage a high number of suspects and prospects at different stages of the sales funnel. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value proposition effectively. You are proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
