The Role:

*About Us:* Gunderson Capital Management is a Registered Investment Advisor based in Charleston, SC. We provide money management advisory and portfolio management services. Additionally, we produce a daily radio show across 10 markets, receive over 65,000 monthly podcast downloads, and offer do-it-yourself subscription tools for investors, including a 4-week Live-Trading trial subscription. These initiatives generate approximately 200 warm leads per month from engaged listeners and website visitors. *Position Overview:* We are seeking a results-driven *Business Development Representative (BDR)* to engage with our warm leads, schedule Money Management appointments for our team of Advisors, and help potential clients take the next step toward financial success. This is a fully remote position based in Charleston, SC, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client outreach. *Key Responsibilities:* * Proactively follow up with warm leads generated from our radio show, podcast, and website. * Engage prospects via phone, email, and text to qualify interest and schedule Money Management consultations with our Advisors. * Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments using CRM software. * Provide a positive first impression of our firm, clearly articulating our services and value proposition. * Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure seamless handoffs and excellent client experience. * Meet and exceed monthly appointment-setting targets. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in sales, business development, or client outreach (preferably in financial services). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently from a home office. * Comfortable with CRM tools (Redtail experience a plus) and scheduling software. * Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally. * Passion for finance, investments, and helping clients achieve their financial goals. *Compensation & Benefits:* * Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives. * Salary listed is On-Target-Earnings (OTE) with a 50/50 split between salary and incentive compensation. * Flexible work-from-home environment. * Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding firm.
