The Role:

*Business Development Representative (B2B Sales) – Health & Vitamin Industry* *About Us:* We are a well-established vitamin and health products company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Specializing in business-to-business (B2B) sales, we provide high-quality health products to retailers nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to expand our reach by acquiring new retail partners. *Position Overview:* The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by cold calling retailers over the phone and visiting potential clients in person (locally). This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is passionate about the health and wellness industry. *Key Responsibilities:* * Identify and contact potential retail partners through phone and in-person visits. * Present our products and educate retailers on the benefits of carrying our brand. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Track and report sales activities, including outreach efforts and conversion rates. * Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed company growth targets. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products. *Qualifications & Requirements:* * Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplement industry. * Strong communication and persuasion skills, both over the phone and in person. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Comfortable with cold calling and field sales. * A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to visit potential retailers. *Working Hours:* * Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm * 1-hour lunch break *What We Offer:* * Competitive pay with uncapped commission. * Opportunity for growth within a long-established company. * Training and support to help you succeed in the role. * A chance to be part of a passionate team in the health and wellness industry. * Medical & dental benefits *Application Process:* * Submit your resume for review. * Qualified candidates will undergo a phone interview. * In-person interviews will be scheduled following the phone interview. * Priority hiring given to those who complete the phone interview questionnaire. *Immediate Hiring:* * We are looking to hire 3 individuals as soon as possible. * Starting pay ranges from $18-$25/hr based on experience/performance then base + uncapped commission once your sales book is established (typically after about 3 months) We run in office bonuses and cash spiffs for extra supplemental pay as well.
