The Role:

*Position Overview:* We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to contribute to our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. *Key Responsibilities:* * Prospect and identify new sales leads through various channels (phone, email, networking, social media, etc.). * Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions. * Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings with potential clients. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. * Negotiate and close sales in a professional manner. * Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in the home renovation industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and prospects. * Excellent negotiation and closing skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. * A customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing excellent service. *What We Offer:* * Competitive commission package * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company. *Compensation:* * Base plus commission Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
