Your Role As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales efforts. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be the friendly voice assisting customers, booking appointments, and managing service inquiries. What You'll Do Sales Excellence (ISR Responsibilities) Own the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing high-value agreements. Educate and sell customized service solutions to customers based on their needs. Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic outbound and inbound sales efforts. Customer Engagement & Scheduling (CSR Responsibilities) Answer inbound calls with professionalism and warmth, assisting customers with service inquiries. Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring seamless coordination with dispatch. Follow up on leads to maximize opportunities and customer satisfaction. Outbound Calling & Lead Management Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote services and preventive maintenance plans. Upsell premium services using value-driven pricing strategies. Track and manage customer interactions using Google Workspace, ServiceTitan, and CRM tools. Problem-Solving & Service Coordination Address customer concerns, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
