The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art home renovation products to potential customers. *Responsibilities*: * Pursue new leads and opportunities generated by our highly effective marketing department * Meet with potential customers to assess their needs and provide them with information about our products and services * Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients * Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers * Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction * Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market *Requirements*: * Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding professional goals * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * BA/BS preferred *Compensation*: * $2000 signing bonus * Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses * Average earning potential: $72,000 - $175,000 *Benefits*: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) + match * Generous PTO and sick leave plans We offer a competitive base + commission-based compensation package and the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and dynamic team.
