The Role:

*About the Role:* Are you a skilled phone salesperson looking for a high-paying, flexible remote job? Join our team as a Sales Development Representative for our insurance brokerage and earn up to $6,000 a month working just 20 hours per week. In this role, you'll help businesses adopt strategies to reduce their healthcare costs by setting meetings between CFOs and our insurance brokers. *Key Responsibilities:* * Reach out to CFOs and other executives at businesses via phone to set meetings with our insurance brokers * Generate interest for a 20-minute meeting to discuss strategies for reducing healthcare costs * Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly meeting-setting goals * Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system * Follow up with prospects as needed to secure meetings *Compensation Structure:* * Earn $200 per meeting set * Receive a $400 bonus for the 4th meeting set in a week * Earn $300 for each additional meeting set after the 4th in the same week * Good dialers can set 20 meetings (or more) in a month, resulting in earnings of $6,000 per month working only 20 hours per week *Requirements:* * Proven experience in phone sales, particularly in generating interest and setting meetings * Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace *Benefits:* * Competitive pay with performance-based bonuses * Flexible schedule with the ability to work 20 hours per week * Fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere * Opportunity to help businesses reduce their healthcare costs * Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth *How to Apply:* If you're an experienced phone salesperson with a knack for generating interest and setting meetings, we want to hear from you!
