The Role:

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential clients and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hardware wholesale sales and a strong ability to develop new business opportunities through warm calling and telemarketing efforts. *Duties* * Engage with potential customers through cold & warm calling to introduce our products. * Utilize inside sales techniques to identify and qualify leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market share and improving customer satisfaction. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients. * Maintain constant orders and strong relationships on your ongoing book of business. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in hardware wholesale or related fields. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. * Experience in business development is highly desirable. * Familiarity with inside sales techniques and telemarketing practices. * A proactive attitude towards learning new products and services. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. *Payment Structure* * Commission Only * Incoming and Out Going Calls * 18% ON ALL NEW BUSINESS YOU BRING TO THE COMPANY * 10% ON 2ND ORDERS * 5% ON YOUR ENTIRE BOOK OF BUSINESS * WE PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL THE LISTS AND INBOUNF LEADS NECESSARY * AVERAGE TICKET SIZE ON +2ND ORDERS 5K-25K *Training* * Training will be provided * You are expected to make a sale your first week * You will receive continuous guidance from the team on slack Join us as we strive to exceed customer expectations and drive our business forward!
