The Role:

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for technology sales, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers. *Duties* * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and nurture relationships. * Engage in business development activities to identify new market opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. * Participate in technical sales presentations to showcase product features and benefits. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. *Experience* * Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred. * Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. * Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales goals. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
