This position offers a competitive base salary of $40,000 with additional commissions and bonuses based on performance. Requirements Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed). Preferred candidate would already have their license but willing to train a motivated/driven individual. Must have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience. Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new software and tools. Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment. Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision. Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
