Customer Service Representative
The Role:
Our company is currently hiring a well-organized and friendly Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries. You will be responsible for researching question/issues, as well as related tasks. You will collaborate with our sales team to handle objections and facilitate high customer satisfaction levels. As a Customer Service Representative, you should be well versed in client products to answer questions accurately and efficiently. We expect you to be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to create rapport with clients. Your goal is to help our company resolve customer problems quickly while making them feel valued. Responsibilities: * Assist customers in the selection of merchandise by providing product information and processing sales orders. * Ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints and resolving problems in a timely manner. * Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing to handle all customer needs. * Provide advice and recommendation to customers, such as tailoring orders or replenishment items. * Comply with the required sales techniques (e.g. motivational interviewing). * Ensure customer data is up-to-date and accurate, so that all customer information is available at all times (e.g. address, order history etc.). * Assist with any clerical duties in support of the sales representatives and other customer service staff (e.g. preparing reports and documentations). Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $2,400.00 - $4,200.00 per month Benefits: * On-the-job training * Professional development assistance Shift: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
