The Role:

*Associate Sales Representative - Luxury High-End Yacht Products* *Location The Yacht Group Showroom 360 (Ft. Additionally, our efforts are supported by two media firms, and we maintain a strong presence at multiple boat shows and other impactful marketing initiatives. *Job Summary:* We are seeking a *dynamic and motivated sales representative with 2 to 4 years of marine sales experience* to join our team in selling luxury high-end yacht products. As an Associate Sales Representative, you *will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, boat builders; promoting our range of luxury yacht products*, and achieving sales targets and visit schedules. You will be in charge of our mobile show display van which can provide a live demonstration of our products when visiting the client. The main responsibility will be the development and the sale of backlit letters and symbols for luxury motor yachts.https://www.yachtgraphx.com/ Your passion for the yachting industry, excellent communication skills, a discerning taste for well-crafted design and ability to deliver exceptional customer service will be essential to your success in this role. *Responsibilities:* * Develop a thorough understanding of our luxury high-end yacht products, including their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. * Identify and engage prospective clients, including yacht owners, brokers, and industry professionals, to generate sales leads and build a robust pipeline. * Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale accounts ( OEM / Shipyard / brokerage house) in the Tri-State area by visiting them in person regularly. * Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value of our products. * Attend industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness, expand the customer base, and stay updated on market trends. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and forecasts using the CRM system. * Prepare and submit sales reports, including regular progress updates, sales forecasts to your direct supervisor. *Requirements:* * Previous experience in *luxury product sales* within the yachting or marine industry *is required.* * Experience in *graphic design*; knowledge of Adobe Creative suite is aPLUS. * Familiarity with *salesforce CRM software *or other sales tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities ishighly desirable. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional sales performance and customer relationship management. * *Strong interpersonal and communication skills *with the ability to establish rapport, actively listen, and effectively present information to clients. * *Self-motivated, results-oriented*, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment. * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. * Follow guidelines, pricing and procedures established by the company for successful sales. * *Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.* * Availability for occasional travel, including attending industry events and boat shows, as required. * Passion for the yachting industry, knowledge of luxury yacht products, and an understanding of the needs and preferences of high-end clientele. * Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations and other sales-related activities. * English is required. Spanish is a plus. * Good computer skills * Other duties as assigned. Work will be performed in person, in our office at the heart of the yachting sector. Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm / with 30min lunch. 1300 SE 17th St. Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316 This position will require weekly local traveling visiting local shipyards and brokerage office with supplied company vehicle.
