The Role:

_*IMPORTANT: *__To apply you must follow instructions at the end exactly to be considered_ This role encompasses dialing "marketing generated" implant leads and, over the phone, selling them to come in for a complimentary consultation with one of our client's dental practices. This is the MOST important role within our fast growing dental marketing company since your performance dictates #1: How many patients we get to help, and #2: By how much revenue we actually help our practices grow. Our ideal candidate has experience with high volume phone dialing and can speak "dental lingo" - Meaning there is some experience in dealing with and speaking to patients who've needed full arch / implant treatment in the past. Most importantly though is phone presence, a competitive nature, and the want to succeed by being the best on a quickly growing & hungry team. \*THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION\*_Sales / (high volume) phone experience + experience working with full arch/implant patients is PREFERRED_ *Responsibilities* * *Dialing a minimum of 150+ leads/day* * Full responsibility and management over your assigned 7-9 dental practice accounts. * Maintaining monthly performance KPIs - mostly concentrated on total shows per account & overall show rate. *IMPORTANT TRAITS:* * *Enthusiasm and Energy: *Maintain a positive, energetic attitude on every call, inspiring both patients and team members. * *Competitive Drive: *Always strive for one more schedule, driven by your desire to help every lead and exceed team performance. * *Ownership & Responsibility: *Take full responsibility for your accounts. Prioritize tasks to ensure no lead is overlooked and every moment is productive. *More Overview:* _Our implant schedulers are our FAVORITE people, and also the hardest to find, as an incredible amount of persistence is required to dial over 150 patients a day - mixed with the ability to not just view your dials as "leads", but instead as a potential patient we get to help. _ _It's CRUCIAL to maintain high energy as well as an A+ phone presence while having a genuine desire to get the patient qualified and committed to show up for their consultation. You take full responsibility for your accounts - meaning there is no lead left behind and you are fully 100% in charge of your client's success and delivery. _ _Over every phone call with a potential patient we're: empathetic, building rapport, educating the patient by effectively building value in the consult & doctor, financially qualifying the patient, and having the sales ability to get the lead committed to their consult by securing a credit card on file_ *\*\*Extra points if you have direct experience in exactly what we're looking for. Commission is dependent upon performance. *Growth Opportunities* * You'll work closely with the scheduling team & trained by the founders as you reach A level KPIs. * You'll be assigned clients slowly as we begin to build your confidence. * Once you are managing a full slate you will be prompted to a full Patient Scheduler. * Strong opportunity for growth for SDRs who take on additional accounts past a full slate. * You'll be graded on the amount of shows & quality of the consultations that show up to the client's practice. * We actively promote from within.
