Our mission is to provide top-tier restoration services with a focus on customer satisfaction, reliability, and cutting-edge technology. *Job Overview: * CRDN of the ArkLaTex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Regional Sales Representative* to join our growing team. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting our services across a designated region. You will work closely with prospective clients, including commercial and residential to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. As a Regional Sales Rep, you will be an ambassador for our brand, ensuring our services are recognized as the go-to solution for all restoration needs. *Key Responsibilities:* * Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners, including insurance adjusters, property managers, restoration contractors, and business owners. * Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. * Conduct client meetings and presentations to educate potential customers on our content restoration services and value proposition. * Collaborate closely with internal teams, adjusters, and homeowners to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. * Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory. * Working in accordance with defined company processes and procedures and other regulatory requirements. * Ability to accurately scope a job including textiles, electronics, art and contents. * Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. *Qualifications & Requirements:* * or account management (*experience in restoration sales industry is preferred*). * Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to manage a regional sales territory. * Familiarity with the insurance claims process is a plus. * Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region. *Why Join Us?* * Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. * Company-provided vehicle. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping people restore what matters most.
