You'll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity of a competitive wage. *What You'll Do:* ✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss insurance options ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ��� Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs ✅ Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales ✅ Process applications, policy changes, and service requests ✅ Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service *What We're Looking For:* ✔ Licensed in Property & Casualty in the State of Wisconsin ✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. You'll be the bridge between our remarkable insurance solutions and our diverse clientele. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will empower you to connect on a deeper level and provide personalized assistance.
