Key Responsibilities: Build & Expand Relationships: Develop new client relationships within key market segments through face-to-face sales. Drive Revenue Growth: Strategically manage your sales territory to maximize new business opportunities. Secure High-Impact Meetings: Focus on scheduling and executing meetings with key decision-makers in target industries. Manage & Enhance Client Accounts: Strengthen existing customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate for Customer Success: Work with Operations to address and resolve service concerns efficiently. Assist with Account Collections: Support Operations and Accounts Receivable teams in timely fund collection when needed. Engage in Industry Networking: Attend trade shows, sporting events, and conferences to expand your professional network. Promote Training Programs: Market the company's technical training courses, including OSHA, lead renovation, water mitigation, fire/soot cleanup, and more. What We're Looking For: Experience: 2+ years in outside sales; restoration industry experience is a plus. Networking Prowess: Strong ability to connect with key decision-makers and generate business opportunities. Exceptional Communication: Articulate, persuasive, and engaging with excellent presentation skills. Relationship Builder: Proven ability to develop long-term, productive business partnerships.
