Job Summary: As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential leads and opportunities for the sales team. Supervisory Responsibilities: None General Duties/Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads and accounts within our target markets and develop target lists. Develop and maintain a high-quality lead database for outreach. Initiate outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects. Work with experienced marketing and sales team members to craft compelling messages and pitches tailored to the needs and pain points of each prospect. Build and maintain rapport with leads to help foster long-term relationships. Conduct thorough lead qualification to assess the fit and interest level of potential prospects. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of both Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Document all interactions and lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce). Stay up to date on core product/solutions knowledge to effectively communicate value to prospects. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and provide input on lead generation campaigns. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification. Provide regular reports and updates on lead conversion rates and pipeline growth. Maintain industry engagement including possibly attending trade shows, attending webinars pertaining to the industries serviced by TEZ, etc. Required Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Technically inclined with the ability to pick up new tools and tech quickly. A core understanding of both traditional and progressive marketing technology and sales enablement platforms, including CRM, MAP, and more. Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where changes are frequent. Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent execution and project management abilities. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to articulate concepts and takeaways to both technical and non-technical audiences. Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently within a multi-disciplinary team. General knowledge of the parking industry is preferred. Tech Knowledge & Skills A working knowledge of and experience with any of these (or related) tools would be highly beneficial: Google Analytics (certification preferred) Google Ads Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) ZoomInfo Calendly WordPress Adobe Cloud Misc video platforms (for outbound efforts) LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core social media platforms MS-Office (Excel and PPT) SharePoint Google Workspace Education and Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Good understanding of core sales and marketing principles and tools associated with this role. Work Schedule: TEZ operates a flexible office policy and expects all employees to be in the office at least three days per week. Currently, Wednesdays are mandatory with two other flexible workdays. In your role as an SDR, you might find it to be most advantageous to work full-time in the office. As a TEZ employee, you are expected to be in the office (home or corporate building) and available on weekdays between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasionally you may be required for periodic evening and weekend work. Travel: This position is not a travelling position; however, travel might be required occasionally for industry trade shows. You will be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary out-of-pocket expenses in accordance with Company policies. You must provide adequate documentation to be reimbursed for such reasonable and necessary expenses.
