Commission Sales Representative

The Role:

Our mission is to help people become better leaders in their personal and professional lives. We currently operate a successful 10-month program and are planning to expand both locally and internationally. *Position Overview:* We Build Character is seeking a dynamic and results-driven *Commission Sales Representative* to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, securing partnerships, and driving enrollment in our leadership mentoring/coaching programs. This position is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for motivated sales professionals. *Key Responsibilities:* * Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, corporate partners, and sponsors. * Promote our leadership mentoring programs to individuals, businesses, and organizations. * Meet or exceed enrollment and sponsorship sales targets. * Maintain a thorough understanding of our mission, programs, and value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects. * Collaborate with the team to create tailored sales presentations and proposals. * Regularly update the CRM system with client information, sales activities, and progress. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform program development. *Qualifications:* * Proven track record in sales, with a focus on B2B or nonprofit program sales preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. * Familiarity with leadership development or mentoring/coaching programs is a plus. * Strong networking abilities and a proactive attitude toward generating leads. * Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools. *Compensation:* This is a commission-based position, with competitive commission rates and performance incentives.
