The Role:

We are looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our team and help us continue to grow and serve our community. \*\*Position Overview:\*\* We are seeking a \*\*Sales Account Executive\*\* who will play a crucial role in running inspections, attending adjuster meetings, and educating clients on the roofing process. This role will involve \*\*generating your own leads and business\*\*, while also running appointments provided by our business development team. Roofing experience is not required, but strong sales experience, a self-starting attitude, and a desire to learn are essential. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* - Perform roof inspections and identify damage. - Attend adjuster meetings and advocate for clients. - Educate clients about the roofing process and the insurance claim process. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective account management and customer service. \*Duties\* - Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities - Manage a designated sales territory and build strong relationships with clients - Utilize both inside and outside sales techniques to reach potential customers - Negotiate and close sales deals to meet targets - Generate leads through various channels for business development \*Experience\* - Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field - Strong understanding of territory management and lead generation - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $60,030.00 - $300,000.00 per year Expected hours: 10 – 50 per week Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission only * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Rotating weekends * Weekends as needed Experience: * Business development: 1 year (Required) * Sales: 1 year (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Austin, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
