Inside Sales Representative

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to play a crucial role in our operations at the headquarters in Aurora, IL. This is not a Remote Position. *Position Overview:* As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic Sales Team, developing various markets and nurturing relationships with key customers. This is not just an entry-level position but a stepping stone to a rewarding career. We provide on-the-job training and believe in promoting from within, making SES an ideal place for ambitious professionals. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Customer Interaction:* Serve as the direct point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. * *Order Management:* Process daily workflow for orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. * *Project Tracking:* Enter, monitor, and manage customer projects from start to completion. * *Shipping Coordination:* Prepare shipping schedules, shipping documents, and advanced shipping notifications. * *Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support. * *Sample Fulfillment:* Process and fulfill customer sample requests as needed. * *Inventory Management Support:* Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse teams. * *Shipping & Receiving Assistance:* Support shipping and receiving operations as required. * *Documentation & Compliance:* Maintain accurate documentation related to standard operating procedures and order processing. * *Other Duties:* Perform additional tasks as assigned to support sales and operations. *Qualifications:* * *Experience:* Prior experience in inside sales, order processing, or customer service within the *fastener or manufacturing industry* is preferred. * *Technical Knowledge:* Familiarity with *shipping documentation, inventory systems, and order management processes*. *Skills:* * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in *Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)* and ERP systems. * Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. *Compensation/Benefits* * Competitive salary and bonus opportunity * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and voluntary plans. * Paid Time-Off Plan * 401K with match *Join Us: *This job description outlines the primary duties and standards of the position but is not all-inclusive.
