Order Management (Follow-up Orders) * Process and follow up on sales orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. * Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track order fulfillment. * Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and after-sales service. * Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and invoices. 2. Sales Support & Business Development Assistance * Assist sales representatives in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations. * Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities. * Support lead generation efforts and initial customer outreach. * Schedule and coordinate meetings, follow up on client inquiries, and help manage relationships. 3. Business Development (BD) Tasks * Identify and research potential business partners, resellers, and distributors. * Assist in outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and meeting arrangements. * Track and maintain BD activities, updating the CRM system with new leads and progress. * Support the sales team in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. 4. Administrative & Cross-functional Coordination * Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication. * Help prepare reports, sales forecasts, and performance analyses. * Manage and organize sales documentation and agreements. * Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed. Qualifications & Requirements * Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in sales support, order management, or business development. * Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
