Business Development Coordinator

The Business Development Coordinator plays a vital role in the health of the business. Brandpoint is looking for a high energy and disciplined Business Development Representative to provide pre-sales support. If you love to talk to people and are looking for a place to grow please apply! *About the Role* As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for and expected to: * Drive top-of-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers. * Update and refresh accounts within Brandpoint's CRM systems. * Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified meetings set. * Shadow Account Executives and Project Managers to learn the business for future succession planning. * Enthusiastically participate in continued sales training development and skill improvement. * Flexibility on taking on additional or changing job duties * Bonus and Commission on appointments set after quota and percentage of closed won deals! *About You* You are a fit for the Business Development Coordinator role if you have: * 1+ years' experience in sales preferred but not required. * Experience and/or interest in sales, business development and/or public relations. * Advanced problem resolution skills, organization and communication abilities. * Confident in mastering new software and technology like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. * Desire to grow within an organization that shares similar values. * Lifelong learner who loves training and can be coached. * Proven history of discipline and grit (sports, military, debate, etc.) *At Brandpoint, we offer:* * Hybrid work structure after onboarding * Paid Time Off Program * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance with optional HSA and/or FSA * Company paid Life and AD&D insurance with option to add on additional * 401K with company match * Company Paid Parental Leave * Paid Volunteer Time off and Charitable Giving Match *Additional Information:* At Brandpoint, we live by our core values and our culture reflects that in everything we do.
