The Role:

*BBusiness Development Expert Who Can Develop Lead/Appointments for Sales Team (Work Remote)* Anton Systems, Inc is looking for BDRs to provide pre-sales support. This role will serve inbound sales and related inquiries, focusing on engaging and qualifying all prospective clients. This role is one of the first touchpoints for prospects, and the BDR has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales journey with our prospects. This position is responsible for generating qualified leads for business accounting software for Real Estate Property Management and Development firms. Our company provides a variety of marketing programs to assist in lead generation. As an established 35-year-old company, we have completed over 700 successful implementations. *Description:* Sales Development Expert with expertise in developing leads with small to mid and enterprise-size companies over the telephone. This position requires an amazing personality along with a professional demeanor. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads for the Sales Team. You will achieve your goals by consistently generating qualified leads through contact and conversations with key decision-makers (Business Owners and department owners) at small, medium, and large commercial Real Estate Developers and Property Owners and Managers. Your ability to successfully navigate the decision-maker and then obtain answers to vital qualifying questions will be essential in this role. Your qualified leads will then be relayed to pertinent Account Managers within the Sales Team for further pursuit. Our Marketing team works with the BDR by creating outbound campaigns for lead generation. Required Skills/Experience: * Minimum 2-4 years of business software accounting and telephone experience * Exceptional consultative phone skills, with the ability to articulate and overcome objections * A proven track record in an outbound, lead generation environment * Proven ability to work through multiple layers of organizational contacts * Focused, self-motivated team player with a strong will to win and surpass individual goals * Strong business and financial acumen * Exceptional client and relationship management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience in the set-up of email campaigns in HubSpot * Experience in searching ideal client profiles in ZoomInfo Responsibilities * Respond to inbound inquiries * Research our prospects * Schedule appointments * Act as the subject matter expert on Anton Systems, Inc.'s product offerings.
