The Role:

*Overview* Join our growing solar energy team as a Solar Sales Representative! We're seeking passionate, motivated individuals who want to make a difference by promoting clean, renewable energy solutions. This role involves engaging with potential customers, promoting our products, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are looking to make an impact in the renewable energy industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! *Responsibilities* * Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door sales and outside sales efforts. * Participate in training and team meetings: Boost your industry expertise and increase your earning potential by participating in team-building activities and receiving mentorship. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales techniques and share best practices. * Follow-Up: Consistently engage with potential customers to address their questions, offer further information, and support their decision-making process. * Performance Tracking: Keep track of sales activities and performance metrics to ensure you meet or surpass your sales goals. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-sale. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments. *Requirements* * 18 years or older * High School diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Excellent negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. * Open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with homeowners' availability *Rewards* * Minimum wage during training; commission only role after you are licensed (usually 1-2 months after start) * Bonus Training Pay with extra commissions on your first 8 deals * Unlimited earnings potential- Top 10% earned $300,000+ * Flexible Schedule * Branded performance gear * Earn Trips for top performers * Potential stock incentives Commission: Average commission of 1st year rep-$98,000 Average 2nd year rep- $169,000 Average top 25 % 1st year rep -$200,000 Average top 25% 2nd year rep- $390,000 In this role, you'll connect with potential customers, educate them on the advantages of solar energy, and assist them throughout the sales journey.
