Sales Development: Aid in the development of sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Learning and Growth: Participate actively in training sessions to become proficient in product knowledge and sales techniques. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to recommend best insurance solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and senior agents to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements Licensing: Must obtain the Missouri Property & Casualty License within a designated timeframe. Experience: Prior customer service or sales experience is advantageous but not necessary; we provide comprehensive training. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective client interactions. Motivation: Demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop in a competitive sales environment. Customer-Oriented: Ability to understand and deliver on client needs, building trust and loyalty.
