Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Advanced Personalized Training * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Multiple client opportunities * Lively atmosphere * Safe work environment Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads - Reach out to prospective customers through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, reatil stores, and in-person meetings - Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers - Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM software - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position products or services in the market - Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process - Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries Skills: - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms with customers - Proficiency in using software applications, such as Salesforce or other CRM systems, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities - Previous experience in sales or technical sales is preferred but not required - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base - Ability to effectively market products or services to potential customers - Experience with door-to-door sales is beneficial but not mandatory - Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
