The Role:

*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic trailer sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills, market knowledge, and the ability to negotiate effectively. *Duties* * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve favorable terms. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. * Manage inventory levels effectively to meet client demands while minimizing excess stock. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on performance metrics. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience. *Requirements* * Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving targets. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interactions. * Proficient in math for pricing calculations and financial assessments. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Familiarity with market dynamics relevant to our industry is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the company and clients. * Proficiency in relevant software applications for sales management and reporting. * Experience in inventory management is a plus.
