Real Estate Client Care Specialist (isa/bdc representative)

As an *Inside Sales Agent (ISA)*, you'll be in charge of handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails to new leads for our Real Estate Company. In addition to following up with leads until they're ready for an in-person appointment with our real estate agents. A high level of skill for building rapport and trust is a must, as well as a desire to conversate with strangers and build relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Learn and practice scripts -Qualify leads before scheduling an appointment -Develop rapport, build trust, and create/nurture relationships -Follow up, as well as keep your pipeline of potential clients organized -Hit goals QUALIFICATIONS: -Willing to listen, learn, and be trained -Organized and able/willing to take notes -Motivated with a strong desire to hit and exceed goals -Great phone and communication skills -Team player with a winning attitude \*A real estate license is not required, but will have to be obtained within 5 months. This will be paid for by us. \*Pay is Salary Plus Bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Monthly bonus Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
