The Role:
*Job Title: Bilingual Real Estate Sales - *Remote *Date:* 03/2025 *Department: *Real Estate Sales and Lease *Reports to: *Vice President of Real Estate Management *Compensation:* *Commission Only* SWE Homes is a Houston-based real estate and investment company with nearly 40 years of experience in the industry. Our company has excelled in various facets of real estate, offering a diverse range of properties, including residential homes, expansive land, and commercial spaces throughout Texas and the southern states. *Position Overview: * The Inbound Sales Representative will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries about properties for sale or lease, and uncover customer needs to make appropriate suggestions. They will liaise between customers, sales, and loan origination teams, pre-qualify buyers, conduct home tours, and negotiate and close deals. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, competitive, bilingual in English and Spanish, and have prior sales or customer service experience *Specific Responsibilities:* * Receive Inbound phone calls and answer customers' enquiries about our properties available for sale and or lease. * Uncover customers' needs and economic capabilities to make appropriate suggestions. * Serve as a liaison between customer, sales, and loan origination teams. * Pre-qualify buyers and conduct homes' tours with customers. * Effectively negotiate, open, and close deals. *Position Requirements:* * Skilled communicators with polished interpersonal communication skills. * Highly competitive and driven natural deal makers with strong negotiation skills. * *Bilingual skills - English and Spanish*, with the ability to multitask effectively. * 2+ years in Retail Sales, Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Call Centers, and/or customer service environments, but not required. * Great people skills and the ability to listen and understand customers' needs. * Excellent phone skills as our top performers are those who can best communicate via phone; we receive over 200-300 sales calls on average. * Knowledge of Word, Outlook Email, and a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm. * Reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance. * Minium of 20 hours a week. *MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK* *SWE Homes, LP., is an Equal Opportunity Employer* Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Expected hours: No less than 20 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Schedule: * Choose your own hours Work Location: Remote
