You will be the face of Titanscape, actively promoting our lawn care and landscaping services by visiting potential customers at their homes. This role is commission-based, offering bonuses for reaching and exceeding sales targets. --- Key Responsibilities 1. Prospect New Clients - Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods. - Explain the benefits of Titanscape's services, from lawn care to full-scale landscaping projects. 2. Close Sales - Negotiate and finalize service agreements. - Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. 3. Customer Relationship Management - Provide exceptional customer service to establish trust and encourage referrals. - Follow up with potential leads to maintain pipeline momentum. 4. Maintain Accurate Records - Track daily canvassing activities, interactions, and sales in company-provided tools. - Report progress and discuss strategies with the sales manager. --- Qualifications - Prior \*\*door-to-door\*\* or \*\*field sales\*\* experience is a plus but not mandatory. - Strong communication and persuasive skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. - Excellent time-management and organizational abilities. - Friendly, professional demeanor and resilience to handle rejection. - Availability to walk and stand for extended periods.
